Tanner Goods in the UK at FUSShop
Today we have added a brand we have long admired, Tanner Goods...
For those of you new to the Portland Outfit, here's a bit more info.
The small team of craftsmen at Tanner Goods produce every piece by hand in their studio in the Northwest of the U.S.
They utilise the same tools that have been put to work for decades manufacturing heritage leather goods, and in many cases have sought out antique equipment that produce the best results.
All of the sewing is done by a heritage saddle maker who started as an apprentice in the industry in 1964. For the past 45+ years he has been honing his craft, and has been generous enough to pass along his knowledge and skill to the rest of our team.
To kick things off we have the Standard Belt, Tanner Goods signature product, available in Saddle Tan, Black & Havana.
As well as belts, Tanner Goods also produce a range of Key Lanyards and Tethers. Simple, but amazingly well made. We have the Lanyards in Natural and Havana or the Tether in Saddle Tan.
Our favourite piece (even though we don't wear glasses) is the Eye Glass Case, based off a mid-60’s US Military standard issue case but updated with a few key details.
Finally, for your office or on the move, we have a selection of Notebooks and Pencil Sets - Stock up, head out, and remember the words of DaVinci, or at least the advice of your dad: “Write it down, son. Write it down.”
